Accessibility Statement
Chicago Breast & Body Aesthetics — Last updated: June 29, 2026
Our commitment
Chicago Breast & Body Aesthetics is committed to providing a website that is accessible to all visitors, including people with disabilities. We believe transparency extends to every part of our practice, and that includes the digital experience. Accessibility is not a one-time project. It is an ongoing effort that we take seriously.
Conformance standard
We aim for partial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at the AA level, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines define how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
Partial conformance means we have taken meaningful steps toward meeting the standard, and we continue to identify and address areas that fall short.
Accessibility features
We work to maintain the following across our website:
- Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks to support screen readers
- Keyboard navigation for all interactive elements
- Text alternatives for informational images
- Color contrast ratios that target WCAG AA minimums
- Text that can be resized up to 200% without loss of content or function
- Descriptive link text that makes sense out of context
- A logical heading hierarchy on every page
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas of the website may not be fully accessible. We are aware of the following limitations and are working to address them:
- Third-party embeds. Video players, appointment booking widgets, and embedded maps are provided by external services. Their accessibility depends on the third-party provider and may not meet WCAG 2.2 AA in all cases.
- PDF documents. Some downloadable documents may not be fully optimized for screen readers. Contact us to request content in an alternative format.
- Before-and-after photo galleries. These galleries rely on visual content. We provide descriptive alt text where possible, but the visual nature of surgical results means some information may not translate fully to non-visual formats.
- Social media embeds. Embedded feeds from Instagram and other platforms follow the accessibility standards of those platforms, which are outside our direct control.
We are actively working to improve these areas and will update this section as progress is made.
Feedback and contact
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter a barrier or have difficulty accessing any content, please contact us:
- Email: info@chicagobreastandbody.com

When reporting an accessibility issue, it helps to include:
- A description of the problem and the page where it occurred
- The browser and assistive technology you were using (if applicable)
- Your preferred method of contact
- Your preferred format for receiving the information (if requesting an alternative)
Remediation process
When we receive an accessibility report, we will:
- Acknowledge the report within 5 business days
- Provide an interim workaround where one is available (such as phone assistance or content in an alternative format)
- Investigate and work to resolve the underlying issue
- Communicate a timeline for the fix on a case-by-case basis
We take every report seriously. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division, at ada.gov.
Compatibility
Browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari, and Microsoft Edge (current version and one prior major release).
Assistive technology: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and TalkBack (Android).
We do not guarantee compatibility with browsers or assistive technologies that are no longer supported by their developers.
Assessment approach
Our accessibility efforts are currently based on self-evaluation. We have not yet completed a formal third-party WCAG audit. We are evaluating options for an independent accessibility assessment and will update this statement with the results when one is completed.
Review schedule
This accessibility statement is reviewed and updated at minimum once per year. The next scheduled review is June 2027.
